Who is this training for?

It's designed for founders, hiring managers, team leads, and HR professionals at growth-stage companies who want a more structured, evidence-based approach to hiring.

What do I need to attend?

Just a browser and a stable internet connection. We run the session live on Zoom — you'll receive a link when you register. No preparation needed.

Will there be a recording?

We don't release recordings to keep the training interactive and valuable. We do run the session every two weeks, so if you miss one you can join the next.

Is this a sales pitch for GrowMyTeam.ai?

No. The 90 minutes is dedicated entirely to teaching the framework. At the end we'll briefly mention how GrowMyTeam.ai automates parts of what you've learned — but attendance comes with no pressure.
